We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Keyholder to join our ZWILLING team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for culinary products, driving sales, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

As Lead Keyholder you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily store operations, assisting with inventory management, mentoring team members, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. Responsibilities and Duties :

• Shift leadership responsibilities
• Store opening and closing responsibilities along with POS and asset management
• Partner with manager on day-to-day business needs
• Efficiently process replenishment to maintain adequate inventory levels
• Provide stellar customer service to maximize sales and elevate customer experience
• Execute product demonstrations and special events
• Assist in supervising daily store operations & adhere to company policies and procedures
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Mentor and train Sales Associates & Keyholders
• Deliver in the moment feedback & recognition
• Assists the Store Manager on Inventory in the processing of all shipments of product, as well as inventory management. Offer assortment recommendations based on customer's needs
• Administers all operational processes including inventory receipt / dispatch, daily replenishment of floor merchandise levels, and execution and preparation of physical inventories.
• Works with Retail Store Manager on daily maintenance, sales strategy, community and team management to ensure the business runs smoothly and successfully
• Assists in the recruiting, hiring, and development of store associates & Keyholders
• Partners with Store Manager to conduct regular store meetings ensuring all store team members are up to date with all company directives.
• Lead meetings at the beginning of shifts and at the end of the day

Qualifications and Skills :

Compensation Range : $21.50-23.00 per hour contingent upon experience.
