Lead Keyholder

Responsibilities and Duties :
- Shift leadership responsibilities
- Store opening and closing responsibilities along with POS and asset management
- Partner with manager on day-to-day business needs
- Efficiently process replenishment to maintain adequate inventory levels
- Provide stellar customer service to maximize sales and elevate customer experience
- Execute product demonstrations and special events
- Assist in supervising daily store operations & adhere to company policies and procedures
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Mentor and train Sales Associates & Keyholders
- Deliver in the moment feedback & recognition
- Assists the Store Manager on Inventory in the processing of all shipments of product, as well as inventory management. Offer assortment recommendations based on customer's needs
- Administers all operational processes including inventory receipt / dispatch, daily replenishment of floor merchandise levels, and execution and preparation of physical inventories.
- Works with Retail Store Manager on daily maintenance, sales strategy, community and team management to ensure the business runs smoothly and successfully
- Assists in the recruiting, hiring, and development of store associates & Keyholders
- Partners with Store Manager to conduct regular store meetings ensuring all store team members are up to date with all company directives.
- Lead meetings at the beginning of shifts and at the end of the day
Qualifications and Skills :
A culinary passion!High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent level of education required.Must be able to work 30+ Hours per week including nights, weekends and holidaysMust be able to work an 8-hour shiftCommitment to customer service2-3 years of Retail sales or keyholder experience requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional attitude and ability to be flexible and adapt to changeAble to stand and / or walk for extended periods of timeAble to lift 35 lbs. or more and comfortable using a ladderMust be 18 or olderAuthorized to work in the U.S.Compensation Range : $21.50-23.00 per hour contingent upon experience.
