Rosati's Pizza, a Chicagoland Favorite since 1964 is looking for hard working, experienced line / prep cooks. FT shifts available.

The Kitchen Line / Prep Cooks prepare and cook a variety of pastas, entrees, salads, and sandwiches.

Responsibilities :

• Refer to daily prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties
• Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
• Prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
• Ensure quality of all menu items
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager
