New Catalyst Inc. is seeking Entry-Level Communications Assistants to support live events and outreach campaigns.

No experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training and mentorship to help you grow professionally.

What You’ll Do :

  • Support live events, retail activations, and community outreach campaigns.
  • Communicate directly with attendees, providing information, answering questions, and promoting brands.
  • Assist with event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance engagement and ensure events run smoothly.
  • Gather feedback from attendees to help improve future events.

Who We’re Looking For :

  • Outgoing, approachable, and confident around new people.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.
