Our business provides recreational services for children as young as 18 months to 99 years old. We do this through a variety of activities and programming through clinics, leagues, camps, and party / events.
Job Summary :
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional entertainment experience for our customers. A Birthday Party Hosts attitude and customer service greatly affect the customers party experience at our facility. You have five main functions : servicing birthday parties and group events, verifying waivers, preparing all party areas, keeping the party on a strict schedule and cleaning the party area to accommodate the next party.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Greet parties and assist customers with waiver completionPrepare party guests for attractions they will be doing during the partyExplain all the needed rules and policies for the partyResponsible for setting up, cleaning up, and maintaining party tablesAdhere to strict party timing scheduleParty hosts will accompany party during their scheduled activitiesEnsure there is adequate space / seating for all party guestsEnsure each party receives everything included in the package or any special requestsProvide an exceptional birthday experience to birthday guest of honor and all parents and guestsKeep workstation area clean and organizedMonitor, clean and organize party areaRestock any and all party supplies and party add-ons as neededEnsure that all trash and debris are cleared from party areaEnsure that all chairs, tables and tablecloths are evenly aligned and tidyEnsure all party gifts and belongings have left with the party guest of honor, otherwise, contact party parents when time allowsPerforms his or her job in a friendly, courteous manner at all timesPerforms other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or ManagerQualifications :
Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.Prior experience as in a service position preferred, but not requiredMust be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customersBe able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 4 hours).Must be able to work weekends
