No weekends or after-hours call

You ll be joining a supportive, collegial team committed to collaboration, mentorship, and ongoing clinical growth.

Compensation & Benefits :

Production-Based Pay : 43% of collections providing exceptional earning potential in a high-volume, well-established practice

Student Loan Support : $2,000 / month in year one to assist with debt repayment while building your schedule

Relocation Assistance : Flexible and negotiable

Annual CE Stipend : $2,500 for continuing education, including travel and course fees

Time Off : 4 weeks of PTO annually
