Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and / or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and / or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and / or facilities.

The work model for the role is onsite in Pinetops, NC. The ability to work the second shift is required (3 : 30pm-12am). This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division.

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Defining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and / or facilities.
• Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
• Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
• Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.
