Piece Rate : 70% per install completed.

What You’ll Do :
Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductworkReplace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standardsInstall thermostats, controls, and related accessoriesTest system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature controlCollaborate with customers to explain installation process and answer questionsMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials usedWork closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completionFollow all safety procedures and company policiesOther duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking For :
Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and technical diagramsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift and move heavy equipmentValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)Pre-Employment Requirements
