Dauphin Dispatcher Fixed Route

Pay : $21.25 / Hour with a regular driver's license. $22.25 / Hour with a CDL Class "A" or "B" WITH Passenger endorsement AND Air Brake Restriction Lifted (required to obtain through our paid training program if don't already have)

Note : The position requires the willingness to get this full CDL through our paid training program . Must have a valid regular Driver's License, at minimum, at time of application to be considered.

• Some flexibility may exist in start / end times. HOWEVER, open availability is NECESSARY during ALL Dauphin Dispatch department operating hours of Monday - Saturday, 3 : 00 AM - 11 : 30 PM because coverage is sometimes needed for an alternative shift!

Overseeing operators' shifts, assigning drivers to cover schedules as needed, coordinating with maintenance to assign vehicles, using radios and Intelligent Transportation Systems to communicate in real-time with drivers, resolving service issues including passenger requests and incidents, vehicle breakdowns and accidents, emergencies, and route-deviations are all part of the dispatcher's important duties.
