Industrial Commissioning & Project Delivery Manager

  • Scope and scope changes controlled through disciplined change management.
  • Risks identified, mitigated, and communicated.
  • Stakeholders satisfied with equipment performance and services provided.
  • Financial targets achieved to create durable value across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, design engineering, and implementation of CAPEX projects across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate design, scheduling, construction / installation, commissioning, startup, and documentation activities per the scope of work.
  • Apply risk management and change control processes to meet governance expectations.
  • Validate drawings, proposals, and technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct bid evaluations; manage vendors and third‑party providers; plan and track service schedules.
  • Own the Project Action Register and drive timely closure of actions.
  • Collaborate across projects and functions to optimize resources and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements; recommend enhancements to employee and plant safety.
  • Execute thorough project closeout with all documentation and handoffs in place.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications

  • BSc or 4‑year degree (or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years in automation or engineering services.
  • At least 2 years managing complex projects.
  • Large‑scale automation execution experience.
  • Experience creating and maturing new concepts and designs within dynamic teams.
  • Customer relationship management and indirect leadership of diverse teams.
  • Project management best practices : critical path analysis, customer focus, change management.
  • Robotic automation methods; exposure to robotics, AGVs, and enabling technologies.
  • Comfort in manufacturing / industrial / construction environments; ability to work nights and weekends if required.
