Lead assessment of current ServiceNow Employee and HR product implementation and setup to recommend gaps, improvement areas, best practices, continual transformation.
Lead discovery effort to design an approach and roadmap for transforming sourcing and procurement process using ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain product suite
Lead assessment of current ServiceNow sourcing and procurement process & tools implementation and setup to recommend gaps, improvement areas, best practices, continual transformation.
Lead workshops to understand customer’s business imperatives, technology landscape and transformation priorities and recommend right fit solution, architecture and best practices
Map customer’s business problems to ServiceNow solutions
Design, Create, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications (HRSD and other ServiceNow modules) for new and existing implementations
Develop solutions on ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principle
Create and configure script objects such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs
Set-up interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms in line with integration opportunities
Perform system and integration testing
Work with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
Recommend Administration settings and best practices
Create documentation of the developments, unit test cases and implementation plans.
Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.
Must Have :
7-13 years of experience in ServiceNow technology
Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with EC Pro and Now Mobile
Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on user experience, Employee Center Pro, Now Mobile, Knowledge Management, integration technology
Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions
Strong understanding of Employee service portals and self-service technologies
Proven experience in at least one design, architect and implementation Employee Center Pro on ServiceNow
Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementation and configuration off Employee Center Pro and No Mobile
Ability to map customer’s business problems to ServiceNow solutions
Ability to lead workshops to understand customer’s business imperatives, technology landscape and transformation priorities and recommend right fit solution, architecture and best practices.
Possess advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
Experience in working with ServiceNow Knowledge Management and well versed with its taxonomy
Good to have :
Good experience on ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Admin
Prior experience of working on any one of the HCM platforms ex : Oracle HCM, Oracle Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP success factor, etc.
Experience in Service Catalog rationalization catalog Items with workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions,
Good to have experience in ServiceNow UI Development : ServiceNow Service Portal / Employee Center Components like Branding, SP pages, UI pages, Widgets, along with UI technologies Angular JS (1.X) , Angular Provider, Angular Templates, Bootstrap 3 framework, CSS, HTML
Good experience and familiarity in BFSI domain
Self-starter, good interpersonal skills, ability to lead customer meetings and build customer confidence
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams
Experience working in Agile environment using SCRUM methodology.
