About the Role

As Senior Affiliate Manager at Envato, you'll be a strategic leader responsible for crafting and executing a high-performing affiliate program that helps fuel Envato's growth. You'll lead the affiliates team and leverage your expertise to identify top-tier partners, cultivate strong relationships, and optimize campaigns to maximize customer acquisition and brand awareness.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and implement a data-driven affiliate marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.

Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates across various channels, building a diverse and impactful network at a global scale.

Manage existing affiliates, ensuring they are having maximum impact.

Negotiate and manage profitable partnerships.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce engaging and effective promotional materials for affiliates.

Leverage advanced analytics to track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance for continuous improvement.

Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends and implement best practices in affiliate marketing.

Lead, mentor and develop a team of affiliate marketing professionals.

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment with key partners across Analytics, Marketing, Creative and Finance.

About You

Significant experience managing and growing successful affiliate marketing programs.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse partners.

Proficiency in using affiliate platforms such as Impact (preferable) or Commission Junction.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing, leading and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Experience scaling social channels and influencers (preferable)
