Director of Accounting and Finance

Responsibilities :

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

Manage accounting functions including payroll, AP / AR, and the general ledger

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

Oversee internal controls, compliance, and annual audits

Present financial analysis to senior leadership and board members

Drive financial strategy and support institutional goals

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or advanced degree preferred)

Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting.

Excellent communication and leadership skills
