WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As our Customer Service Representative, your day will revolve around being the first point of contact for our customers. You'll answer incoming calls with professionalism and enthusiasm, helping customers with inquiries and scheduling appointments for our technicians. You'll coordinate schedules to maximize efficiency, resolve conflicts quickly and courteously, and ensure every customer feels valued. With every call, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly and make a lasting impression on our customers.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE?

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications :

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone manner
  • Ability to type at a high speed with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers and standard Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable with a positive attitude

    • Experience in customer service and scheduling is preferred.
