Key Responsibilities
Interact with management and employees to identify and implement learning and performance improvement solutions
Collaborate with learning professionals to design curriculum and formulate implementation strategies
Develop learning objectives, content outlines, and evaluation criteria for various training solutions
Required Qualifications
Associates or bachelor's degree in training and development or 5 years of relevant business experience
5 years' experience in designing and implementing eLearning and instructor-led training solutions
Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and video creation software
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously as part of a project team
Understanding of learner-centered approaches in the design and development of learning solutions
