Office Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and personable  Office Assistant  to join our team!

What You’ll Do :

  • Provide general office support and assist with daily administrative tasks
  • Draft, edit, and manage documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Data entry
  • Handle email correspondence with professionalism and accuracy
  • Greet and communicate with clients, vendors, and team members in a friendly, professional manner
  • Maintain organized files and schedules
