Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead new client implementations from sales hand-off through launch

Consult and translate requirements, partnering with client stakeholders to align objectives with the platform

Project-manage the implementation by building project plans, setting milestones, and managing risks

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Onboarding, or Project Management in a technical SaaS environment

Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations with various stakeholders

Solid understanding of project management fundamentals, including scoping, scheduling, and risk management

Ability to work through ambiguity and resolve issues under pressure

Interest in mentoring teammates and potential leadership opportunities is a plus
