A company is looking for a Head of Builder Sales to lead its sales strategy and execution focused on the nation's largest homebuilders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the builder sales strategy targeting national and regional builders
Lead sales engagement and negotiate enterprise-wide builder partnerships to drive revenue growth
Build and manage a high-performing builder sales team while driving pipeline development and execution
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in residential construction or smart home technology
Proven track record of scaling sales with national and regional builders
Strong network and experience managing national builder accounts and integrator networks
Experience launching new markets or channels is highly desirable
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Gong.io for sales enablement is preferred
