Associate Dentist – Ludlow, MA – Partnership / Ownership Potential

We are a well-established private group dental practice seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our dental family. This is a full time position with the potential for partnership or future practice ownership for the right candidate.

Schedule :

• Full Time, Monday through Thursday

Duties & Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including restorative, endodontic, and preventive care

Collaborate with our strong hygiene program to support patient health and practice growth

Utilize advanced technology including Cerec digital imaging and milling, digital sensors, panoramic / CBCT imaging, intraoral cameras, and rotary endodontic systems

Work closely with a long-standing, dedicated staff in a supportive and professional environment

Requirements :

DDS / DMD degree from an accredited program

Active Massachusetts dental license (or eligibility)

Residency training (GPR or AEGD) or 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred

Strong communication and patient care skills

Interest in partnership or eventual practice ownership is a plus
