The ideal candidate will be able to identify the right value propositions and develop value-added, profitable sales opportunities to negotiate beyond price, creatively promote value of Johnson MedTech solutions, and secure equitable contracts / agreements.

What You'll Be Doing :
Conduct market research and develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets.Conduct cold approaches to targeted accounts.Identify, qualify, and convert leads while understanding client requirements and pain points.Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and quality teams at customer sites.Collaborate with internal engineering, quality, and marketing teams to support product development, validation, and customer needs.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collect market and customer feedback to guide product development and marketing strategy.Track competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy.Manage customer forecasts and data to support accurate planning and decision making.What We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree.3-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development role or in an engineering, quality or project management role preferably in the Medical or Bioscience fields.Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.Aptitude for technology and quick learner with motion systems.Sound leadership, communication and negotiation skills.Commercially aware regarding market, products, business capability, and services.
