At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service and dignity. The Charge Nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation and coordination of patient care for a shift. She / he provides leadership to the staff by working cooperatively with the nursing staff and other members of the healthcare team to assure that care is given through utilization of the nursing process. Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing. ACLS and PALS within 90 days of hire Minimum 2 years of acute care experience. Prior leadership or charge nurse experience 2-3 years of experience in a hospital setting as a staff nurse
