SUMMARY
Loads and prepares tractor trailers for delivery and unloads any incoming products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Pulls and loads orders using a forklift, and / or pallet jack.
- Stretch wrapped pallets.
- Confirms all proper code dates, and confirms wood or plastic pallet orders.
- Unloads all incoming product, always counting, signing, and dating all packing slips, noting discrepancies.
- Maintains receiving logs.
- Report packing slips to production supervisor.
- Rotates product to maintain freshness.
- Maintains clear warehouse perimeters.
- Sweeps and mops floor, walls, and ceiling.
