RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Senior Digital Manager creating assets for emails, ads and site, with a focus on core product lines and evergreen campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are finalized based on the calendar and in a timely manner
- Develop campaigns aimed at hyper segmented audience segments, taking product and audience direction from Senior Digital Manager
- Evolve core branding based on performance, data and industry trends, while maintaning founder vision
- Manage large batches of assets at a time, directly contributing to new customer acquisition, customer retention and increased product sell-through
- Contribute in team brainstorming sessions with Marketing and Ecommerce to develop and execute digital
- Create, prepare and present design concepts for review; recommend asset styles / formats based on what you see in the market
- Adept at color- correcting / retouching
- Adept at product management and able to juggle various initiatives occurring simultaneously
- Support Marketing team with branded asset creation as needed
Requirements :
Strong sense of design, image manipulation and cropping skills, keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.Ability to work under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment, while always delivering creative that is accurate, innovative and consistent attention to detailEmbraces start-up dynamics and thrives wearing many hats while meeting objectives and working collaboratively.Proactive, self-starter who is able to work under minimal supervisionExcellent organizational skills and positive work ethicDetail driven, self-motivated and efficient.Expert at execution. 3+ years of design experience at agency, brand, and / or retailRelated experience in beauty, fashion and / or lifestyle brands preferredAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere)BA or higher degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts preferredStrong portfolio demonstrating an ability to develop ideas with exceptional design quality for a broad range of digital / social channels.Visual Merchandising Design experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Applicants must be 18 years of age and able to work legally in the USA.Salary 75k-85k depending on experienceHybrid schedule 4 days in NY office and 1 day WFH
