Nurse Practitioner - PA and MA Licensed

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for their National After-Hours Team with PA and MA licenses.

Key Responsibilities

Provide telephonic support and medical care to residents and facility staff after-hours

Utilize a telephonic platform to coordinate care among facilities, hospitals, and clinics

Conduct comprehensive assessments and document encounters in the EMR while ensuring compliance with CMS requirements

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner

Current unrestricted NP license in both MA and PA; additional licenses in MD, MI, WV, and VA preferred

Nurse Practitioner national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP

3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Ability to work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
