Inventory Associate

We are Hiring!! Pay rate : $25.27 per hour. Benefits : Vacation : Accrual rate of 2 weeks beginning the first of the month following the hire date. Holidays : 10 designated and 1 floating 401K : company match of 100% on employee's first 6% contribution Medical Plans : 2 options with one being a plan with a Health Savings account. Other plan offer a Healthcare Flex Spending Account. Dental and vision plans available. Life Insurance : company provided with option for employee to purchase additional for employee, partner, and dependents. Schedule 7 am to 3 : 00 pm, Monday-Friday.

The Inventory Associate is responsible for the annual and monthly physical cycle count for the warehouses, consolidation of pallets, maintenance of packaging FIFO, equipment, parts, and packages for the company in accordance with established procedures. This position also ensures the proper storage, organization, and handling of all inventory.

Core Responsibilities : Operates and maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area following company policies and procedures including GMPs; ensures the security of exterior warehouse doors. Follows all company safety rules in performing job duties. Aids in ROC EOM cycle count and has working knowledge of process, with focus on chemicals, raw material and support for all other supplies and packaging. Works collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely and accurate investigation and clearing of reported inventory discrepancies at ROC. Leads and in ROC warehouse coordination, pallet count, including completion of all necessary paperwork. This includes weekly completion of weekly supply list. Manages packaging storage at ROC and coordinates requests to ROC for all supplies. Performs ROC "ad hoc" physical cycle counts needed for audits, mock and actual recalls and aids in investigation of discrepancies arising from those events. Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment such as forklifts. Ownership of ROC receiving dock, staging floor for raw and finished goods, non-storeroom supplies and chemicals, and general warehouse. This includes reporting of safety, food safety, GMP and maintenance issues in these areas. Maintains accurate documentation as related to various company procedures and guidelines such as Quality Management System compliance and other regulatory standards. Responsible for receiving for all ROC raw material, supplies, and chemicals. Responsible for transferring all finished goods for storage. Responsible for daily warehouse sanitation support as designated including but not limited to replacement of dust collection and waste needs for the ROC dumpster, compactor, and baler. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have : Familiarity with SAP. Must be well organized person, capable of handling a variety of issues and assignments. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Position requires strong interpersonal and project management skills. Must be able to operate manual hand-trucks, forklifts, and scissor lifts. Ability to operate computer equipment and work without close supervision. Must have the capability to independently process map and improve operations and material management. Time management skills.
