Youth Sports Instructor – Make a Difference, Have Fun, Get Paid to Play!

Part-Time | Afternoons & Weekends | Various Locations

Do you love sports, enjoy working with kids, and want a job that's active, fun, and rewarding? Join Overtime Athletics DMV as a Youth Sports Instructor and spend your afternoons inspiring the next generation of athletes.

This is the perfect role for college students or young professionals looking for flexible part-time work in an energetic environment.

    • What You'll Do

  • Lead age-appropriate sports programs for kids ages 5–12.
  • Teach basic sports skills while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun.
  • Keep kids engaged, active, and safe.
  • Communicate with parents and provide positive updates.
  • Be the role model kids look up to.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Experience with kids in sports – volunteer coaching, camp counselor, PE assistant, etc.
  • Reliable & responsible – able to manage a group independently.
  • Positive energy – enthusiastic, encouraging, and engaging.
  • Own a reliable car (public transit not accepted).
  • Afternoon availability on weekdays (2–5 PM); some weekends.
  • CPR / First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
