Job Description

As a Security Professional - Front Desk in Sunnyvale, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while assisting with security-related inquiries. You will help to deter unwanted incidents by maintaining a visible and approachable demeanor, and your strong customer service skills will be essential in creating a positive experience for everyone entering the facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable using computers or tablets and who value teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
