Clinical Quality LPN

Equity Staffing is seeking a skilled Clinical Quality LPN for a temporary-to-hire position. This onsite opportunity is located in San Antonio, TX. Our client is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advancing medical care. Responsibilities :

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to members to discuss medication non-compliance, schedule pharmacy appointments, and gather provider information.
• Answer inbound calls from members, assist with inquiries, and route calls as necessary.
• Document member interactions accurately in provider or member records. Requirements :
• Current Unrestricted LVN license in the state of Texas
• 3+ years of healthcare experience in a managed care setting
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis / quality chart reviews
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (databases, word processing, and Excel)
• Prior HEDIS / STAR experience or participation with similar regulatory reporting Ideal Candidate :
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask with multiple computer programs
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with members and providers
