Job Description

This position will focus on the "Money In" portion of the 401(k) process. The incumbent's primary role will be to process, reconcile, and trade all payroll files received. This includes reviewing related suspense accounts and reporting on outstanding participant account balances regularly. Additionally, the incumbent's duties will involve extensive troubleshooting of payroll related issues, initiating funding for payroll files and addressing the integrity of participant data. The incumbent will also have regular communication with internal Account Managers / Client Service Consultants as well as occasional client communication .

• This position is remote (within the U.S.A.) and does not require regular in-office presence.

About this Position's Pay

The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
