Job Summary
The Welder I is an individual who can adapt to a fast paced, Sheetmetal shop environment focusing on on-time delivery of parts. This person should have a strong work ethic, is willing to learn and asks questions about manufacturing processes. They work respectfully within a team and are accountable for their work. This position is responsible for learning to weld a variety of different materials including carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. This position requires ability to learn Basic blueprint reading skills and basic understanding of assembling weldments.
