$100,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct and lead audits across financial, operational, compliance, and IT areas
  • Review and provide feedback on Staff Auditor work once acclimated
  • Partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and the C-suite
  • Contribute to special projects, investigations, and co-sourced audit engagements
  • Travel up to 20% (domestic and international) to U.S. sites and overseas operations

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of audit experience; Big 4 preferred (manufacturing clients strongly desired)
  • CPA required (or in process, with preference for completed)
  • Strong judgment, maturity, and professional presence when interacting with leadership
  • Balanced personality : intelligent, ambitious, confident without being overly aggressive
  • Experience in global or public manufacturing environments is a plus

  • Base salary : up to $120K + annual bonus target
  • Predictable work / life balance : ~40–45 hours per week (50 during peak)
