Senior Financial Analyst

Located : San Jose, CA (very close to the airport)

Hybrid : 3-4x per week onsite

Pay : $120k-$155k base + annual bonus + RSU / Equity + strong benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making within the manufacturing sector. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing advanced financial modeling techniques to drive efficiency and cost management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze cost management processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to assess and optimize the Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accurate costing.
• Utilize SAP and ERP systems to extract and analyze financial data for reporting purposes.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the product lifecycle management (PLM) processes by providing financial assessments and forecasts.
