Job Description

The Accounts Payable Supervisor  is the go-to expert making sure vendors are paid on time, processes are on point, and our AP engine runs like a dream.

In this key role, you’ll lead a team of Accounts Payable Specialists, coordinate with departments across the company, and work closely with vendors and subcontractors. You’ll ensure invoices are processed accurately and efficiently, maintain compliance documentation, and help us optimize processes that support the financial heartbeat of our organization.

Qualifications

What You'll Do :

You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include :

• Team Leadership and Oversight

Supervise and support Accounts Payable Specialist(s), ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoice entry and payment processing

Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment runs.

Track, collect, and maintain lien waivers for subcontractor and vendor payments.

Identify and deploy automation tools or accounting software features to streamline operations.

As a full-time employee at Knobelsdorff, you'll have access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and future.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, which reflects a good-faith estimate based on market data and internal equity.
