We're looking for a bold, hands-on Creative Director to lead the development and execution of Skillsoft's full visual ecosystem. This role is about evolving our visual identity and building scalable systems that bring clarity and consistency to a complex mix of brands, platforms, and products.

You'll manage a team of expert in-house designers and creative partners to deliver high-quality, high-impact work across every format—from campaigns and events to product launches, sales enablement, social, and more. What You'll Do

Own the visual execution of the Skillsoft brand across all channels and sub-brands, ensuring clarity, consistency, and creative excellence

Develop and scale a flexible design system that works across product lines, marketing campaigns, and customer segments

Manage and mentor an in-house team of designers, setting creative direction, supporting career growth, and building a high-performing culture

Lead relationships with external agencies and freelancers to scale production and extend the team's capabilities

Drive creative concepting and execution for integrated brand campaigns, product launches, events, and go-to-market initiatives

Partner with content, comms, product marketing, and demand gen teams to bring ideas to life across digital, motion, web, social, presentations, and more

Oversee the entire creative process—from briefing to delivery—while maintaining speed, quality, and alignment across stakeholders

Translate brand principles into practical templates, tools, and systems that can be used consistently across the company

Push the team forward with smart experimentation, emerging tools, and new design technologies

Act as a key connector between strategy and execution—advocating for great creative while delivering what the business needs

Who You Are

10+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3-5 years in a design or brand leadership position

Strong portfolio that demonstrates modern, cross-channel design and system thinking

Proven ability to manage and scale creative output across a wide range of formats and functions

Experience managing UI / UX initiatives on brand websites

Experienced team leader with a track record of growing talent and building scalable workflows

Deep knowledge of digital-first design, including responsive, motion, and interactive formats

Comfortable navigating complex org structures, brand systems, and multiple stakeholders

Experience in B2B, SaaS, or multi-product environments is a plus

Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be approximately $160,000 - $190,000 annualized.
