job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDrive Field Engagement : Distribute promotional materials, including door hangers, brochures, tear-off flyers, yard signs and business cards, to target central Ohio communities Reporting : Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Collaborate : work with internal teams to align field activities with overall business strategy Opportunity to grow Marketing strategy, tactics and execution REQUIRED : Valid Driver’s License Reliable transportation Interpersonal and communication skills Previous experience in marketing, particularly in the fitness or wellness industry Central Ohio local market and demographic knowledge Must reside in Central Ohio Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools a plus Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a plus

Job Summary :
As a part-time Field Marker at GYMGUYZ, your primary role is to drive brand awareness, attract new clients, and support our mission of delivering personalized fitness training in the comfort of clients’ homes, or in corporate wellness settings. Over time you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and initiatives tailored to your assigned territory.
