Are you a driven employment litigator ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney with significant experience in employment law and class action litigation to join our fast-growing plaintiff-side law firm. This role is ideal for attorneys who are passionate about advocating for workers’ rights and want to lead impactful cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and PAGA and class action claims.

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a docket of employment law cases from intake through resolutionHandle matters involving wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, PAGA claims, and class actionsDraft and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment and class certificationConduct legal research and draft complaints, discovery, and trial documentsAttend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearancesCollaborate with partners and litigation team to develop case strategies and ensure excellent client outcomesQualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in California3+ years of litigation experience in employment lawDemonstrated experience in class action and PAGA casesStrong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to work independently and handle high-volume caseloadsStrong client communication and case management skills
