Job Description

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Associated Time Instruments team. You are an ideal candidate if you have previous experience as a Coordinator, scheduling expert, or customer service representative.

Requirements :

  • Working as a team to efficiently execute service
  • Daily scheduling of technicians across Louisiana and Texas
  • Billing service hours
  • Customer service support and client relationship management
  • Project support and scheduling
  • After-sales quoting
  • Maintenance contract review and management
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years post-secondary education in related field (Business Administration)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)
  • Multi-tasking and organization skills a must
  • Customer-service oriented

    • It is a bonus if you have :

  • Experience working in a similar role – Coordinating, scheduling, customer service.
  • Sage experience / training
  • Contract review and editing skills
