Director of Homebuilder Finance

A company is looking for a Sr Director-Head of Homebuilder Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and oversee revenue generation through new business development and portfolio management

Lead and coach team members, ensuring performance goals are met and providing necessary training and support

Develop strategic plans, establish KPIs, and monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred

15+ years of experience in commercial real estate and / or commercial lending

Formal credit training is preferred

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial analysis

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
