Salary : $36,000-$90,000 / yr

Olson Chevrolet of Hutchinson is seeking motivated and positive individual for its automotive sales team. The individual must have high energy with a professional attitude, strong communication skills, good work ethic and the ability to multi-task.

Some of the responsibilities include :

• Providing exceptional service throughout the customers experience.
• Communicating effectively both in-person and over the phone to discover the customers wants and needs.
• Serving as an advocate for Maguire by sharing what makes us the smart choice.
• Consulting and guiding your customers to the appropriate next step based on their situation.
• Facilitating steps of the sale, such as the vehicle appraisal process, taking test drives, and working with management during the financing process.
• Reading, collecting, and transcribing data in order to complete accurate paperwork.
• Seeking out opportunities for self-development, participating in training, and welcoming performance feedback.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating excellent teamwork.
• Gain familiarity with other company products and services, including lease agreements, warranty and insurance products, etc.
• Be cognizant of competitive practices, including equipment, prices, models, and sales practices.
• Maintaining the sales area so our vehicles and products are neatly and accurately displayed.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Other duties may be added by management based on needs of the business.
