What You'll Do

• Provide

mobile primary care to geriatric patients within 25 miles of your home

CHF, hypertension, diabetes, etc. ) to enhance quality of life

consistent, high-quality patient care

What We're Looking For

Licensed NP / PA-C in Washington State

DEA License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

BLS / CPR Certification

Reliable transportation & home office setup
