Shift : Night Shift, 4x10-Hour (19 : 30 – 06 : 00), Mon–Thurs
Job Responsibilities :
Perform MRI scans on patients of all ages, with a primary focus on pediatric and neonatal imaging.Operate and maintain GE and Siemens MRI scanners (1.5T and 3T) in both inpatient and outpatient settings.Position patients accurately and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the imaging process.Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and other medical staff to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.Administer and monitor contrast media as needed while ensuring patient safety and comfort.Perform MRI scans for a wide range of studies including brain, spine, musculoskeletal, abdomen, pelvis, and trauma imaging.Document imaging procedures and patient information accurately within the electronic medical record system.Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse patient populations including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.Required Skills & Experience :
Active ARRT (R) and (MR) certifications required.Current BLS certification required.Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience in a hospital setting.Strong pediatric MRI experience required; prior Children’s Hospital experience preferred.Proficiency with GE and Siemens MRI systems (1.5T and 3T) and PACS required.Experience with Epic EMR preferred.Familiarity with advanced MRI techniques such as diffusion, perfusion, spectroscopy, and multiplanar reconstruction preferred.Teaching or trauma-level hospital experience preferred.About HonorVet Technologies
