Project Administrator

Federal Signal is looking for a Project Administrator, responsible for coordinating warning turn key jobs and working with project managers, customer support, operations, and customers. Update turn key orders and manage ANS invoices mailbox.

Key Activities / Responsibilities :

• Manage non-PM jobs and coordinate with subcontractors and customers for implementation.
• Own and maintain service-related logs on Sharepoint site.
• Assist Director of Operations in recognizing revenue by updating sales order based on the invoices received by sub-contractors and work performed by application specialist team.
• Work with accounts receivable team in reducing DSO for FWS accounts.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the factory.
• Set up new vendors and installers.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors and contractors for projects.
• Prepare custom / manual invoices per customer instructions
• Work with inside sales and operations expediting projects to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Other special duties and projects as assigned.

Job Experience / Skills Required :

Wage Range : $44,311 - $63,302
