Job Title : Nurse Practitioner, Colleyville, TX (Hybrid)
Job Type : Full Time
Shift : Days(Mon-Fri)
Monday / Wednesday / Thursday in clinic
Tuesday telehealth (WFH)
Friday admin day (WFH)
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct patient assessments, including neurological exams and history taking
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., MRI, CT, EEG, lab work)
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with neurologists
- Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications
- Provide follow-up care, including medication management and symptom monitoring
- Assist in urgent consultations and triage of neurological patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
