A company is looking for an Associate Store Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations and client relationships at kiosk locations.
Key Responsibilities
Quickly resolve store / site related issues to maximize kiosk performance
Support account managers with updates and maintenance of retail partner records in Salesforce
Generate routine reports and dashboards to support internal and client-facing updates
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
At least 2 years of customer-facing or account support experience in operations or administrative roles
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Experience utilizing CRM or workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
A positive, proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
