They are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their team in their Sarasota Office.

Your new role

As a Marketing Assistant, youll support the marketing team in producing proposals, visual assets, and campaign materials that showcase the companys work. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Specialist, this role offers hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with room to grow.

What you will need to succeed

Associate or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)

1-2 years of Marketing Operations Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Basic skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Interest in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is a plus
