• This is a full-time RN or LPN position.\n
• Night Shift : 6 PM to 6 : 30 AM\n
• Every other weekend and holiday required.\n
• Additional night and weekend premiums available.\n\nCompensation : \nLPN Wage : $26 to $36\nRN Wage : $34 to $48\n\nAbout Us : \nGood Samaritan Society - Canistota is a 55-bed facility providing rehabilitation and senior living, conveniently located just 30 minutes from Sioux Falls.\n\nRole Overview : \nAs a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll deliver individualized nursing care, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation). Collaborate effectively with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary teams including providers to implement and evaluate care plans. Your role includes : \n
• Coordination of care and resident assessments.\n
• Education and support for residents.\n
• May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.\n\nUnderstand the standards of nursing practice as defined by the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules within your state, and embody the principles set by the American Nurses Association.\n\nQualifications : \n- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
