As a key member of our Patient Care Team, you’ll be the compassionate voice and helping hand for our patients :

Build relationships with patients through monthly check-ins

Coordinate with doctors for new prescriptions, refills, or prior authorizations

Update patient records : medications, insurance, contact details

Work with pharmacy and finance teams to resolve delivery or payment issues

Help patients navigate insurance changes

Stay current with required training

What We’re Looking For

Bilingual in English & Spanish (speaking fluently)

1+ year of Customer Service experience

Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus

Professional phone etiquette & communication skills

Strong data entry and multitasking skills

NY State Pharmacy Technician license is preferred, but not required

Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping people

Pay : $20.00 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week
