Job Description

Nurse Practitioner – Psychiatry (Part-Time)

Location : Fairfax, VA

Schedule : 2 days per week

We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner to help with a psychiatry-focused research study at our Fairfax location. This is a Part-Time, Onsite Role that involves both patient care and light study coordination.

Responsibilities :

  • See study participants and complete psychiatric assessments
  • Review medical histories and document visit notes
  • Enter study data into electronic systems after each patient visit
  • Work with the site investigator to ensure all study requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate records and follow study procedures

Requirements :

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license
  • Experience in psychiatry or behavioral health required.
  • Prior research experience is helpful but not necessary
  • Must be comfortable using technology and handling electronic documentation
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage responsibilities independently

    • This position is ideal for an NP with psychiatric experience who wants to be involved in research on a flexible, part-time schedule.
