We are looking for an experienced manager to join our small team. For Dame's tiny size, we are a very high volume restaurant that is fully booked every night. Service is very fast paced and reliant upon teamwork.
The Floor Manager will be responsible for running service 1-2 nights a week (including greeting and seating guests, taking food / drink orders when necessary, helping run food, bus tables, and sell / pour wine in addition to managerial tasks of printing menus, running pre-shift meeting, keeping the team motivated, helping keep track of inventory) and working as a server 2-3 night a week. The ideal candidate has Manhattan FOH experience both as a manager and a server.
Dame is open Monday to Saturday. We are in need of someone to work 4 shifts / week.
