Bilingual Labor Relations Specialist / assistant

Location : Prince George’s County, MD – with 2–3 days also including local site visits

Salary : $25–$30 / hr + performance-based bonus

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 am – 3 : 30 pm

About the Role :

Our company is seeking a motivated Bilingual Labor Relations Specialist / assistant to support representatives and assist employees in ensuring fair working conditions. This role is primarily office-based but includes 2–3 days per week of employee check-ins and site visits throughout Baltimore County and the DMV area. Candidates must be located within Baltimore County and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform data entry, document requests, and maintain records using Excel
• Support representatives in addressing employee concerns and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Build rapport with employees on-site and serve as a trusted point of contact
• 2–3 days per week will include some local travel for employee check-ins onsite within the Baltimore / DMV region
• Attend chapter meetings and occasional Saturday events
• Monitor job conditions on-site and collect payroll documentation for reporting
• Conduct surveys and submit information to relevant platforms
