Sr Programmer Analyst - Application Development

American National is seeking an Application Development Programmer Analyst for our Financial Administrative Systems at our League City, Texas location. In this position, you will support the Corporate Administrative Systems through development and maintenance of American National software programs. This includes meeting with upper management, business users, and IT personnel to determine needs. In addition, you would be responding to requests to troubleshoot software problems and drafting documentation.

Your Impact :

• Work with other members of the Corporate Administrative Systems, you will develop and distribute applications and software, including patches / upgrades per guidelines
• Quickly respond to support tickets from customers and departments according to our process / procedure
• Maintain the Corporate Administrate Systems to ensure we are meeting all SLAs with our customers. The primary customer for this team is the HR / Payroll for American National
• Work with other members on the migration of our SAP HR system to Dayforce by Ceridian. Estimated completion of this project is early 2024
• When required, assist with Disaster Recovery tests and updates
• Log user work requests for Corporate Technology Services application and development programmer code corrections and enhancements
